The Challenge
A cognitively demanding legacy interface was contributing to inefficiency, usability issues, and unsafe planning behaviour. Directed end-to-end redesign of a legacy safety-critical planning application, delivering major usability and safety improvements across network rail teams.

Construction Safety Confidence- Rapid Delivery Rescue & Team Enablement

The Challenge
A late stage QA handoff quickly exposed a product that was not fit for release, with 50+ critical issues identified immediately, no additional delivery support, four inexperienced apprentice, and a fixed contractual deadline placing the programm at commercial risk.
